"I had the unexpected pleasure of meeting Dr. Darren Fano at a Health and Wellness Fair in Boca Raton in the beginning of the year. I was facilitating Zumba Fitness Demonstrations at the booth right next to him. That morning, I had told my husband that I did not think I could teach Zumba anymore or any of my other Fitness Classes as the pain in my legs and hips was becoming too much. I was icing all the time & got diagnosed with shin splints. My love and passion for dance and fitness was beginning to look like a faded dream. "After meeting Dr. Fano, socializing at an evening affair. He believed that he could help me rehab my groin pain. After meeting with him, he recommended I use a pair of heel lifts and he ordered them for me. Upon my return from a long trip abroad, I used the heel lifts and was given adjustments. "I am eighteen years old, but despite being so young I have suffered from severe headaches my whole life. When I was younger, my parents would take me from doctor to doctor to try and figure out what the cause of my headaches were, but every doctor gave us a different answer. Some would say that I wasn't eating enough while others said that they were due to stress.

One day at my school (FAU) they were having a health expo and Dr. Fano had set up a booth there. He told me not to tell him about any of my ailments or symptoms because just by feeling my spine he would be able to tell me what was wrong with me. "Dr. Fano, I wan to to thank you for what I consider to be a miracle cure. I started suffering with severe sciatica about three weeks ago. I have never experienced such a pain and agony. I sought out the services of orthopedic surgeons who gave me multiple epidural shots in my spine. No relief. They recommended discectomy surgery. I used a Chinese acupuncturist with no success. I sought advise on the internet and from anyone who had advice.
Between the pain and lack of sleep I was going insane and in fact was about to board a plane to CA to have surgery Beverly Hills at the cost of $18,000. I would do or pay anything to be free of this pain.

Then, I was given your name by a trusted employee who said that you were " the guy". When i met you, I knew that you were special by the way you approached my situation. You knew that my pain was caused by structural issues that had been building over a lifetime and that they were correctable. You took a scientific and artistic approach.

I felt about 10% better after my first treatment and 50% after my fifth treatment. Yesterday was my seventh treatment last night i slept the entire night without Percocet. "On September 30, 2012, I had made an appointment to see Dr. Fano due to a terrible flu. After the adjustment, i had followed his instructions to get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids, take vitamin C an stay clear of any over the counter medications (a first time for me). "In August 2002, I was actually seeing the chiropractor for myself, DeeDee (mother of Sabrina) because of back pain. My daughter, Sabrina, who plays soccer, had been having knee pain for about a year and we never knew why so I just decided to mention it to the chiropractor just to see if maybe he had suggestions or could refer me to someone. I was very shocked with all the information I found out. Dr Fano had her walk down the hall & back a couple of times, then looked at the bottom of her shoes. Just with that alone he noticed that one hip was higher than the other. He mentioned that she may have scoliosis of the spine but that he would know further with an x-ray. Sure enough you could plainly see the "S" curve on the x-ray.

No other doctors had ever diagnosed it. Not only that but within this same visit, he placed her face down on the adjustment table and was moving one at a time, bending them at the knee, and checking things, then "pop"....she never knew it was coming, it did not hurt her one bit and she felt like she had a brand new knee!

She played soccer tournaments; sometimes 3 to 4 games in a weekend and she had no knee pain. Since August, he has only had to re-adjust her knee 3 times total. As far as the scoliosis, she has been coming 3 times per week up until the end of January 2003. Nos she comes 2 times per week. We did out 6 month x-ray to see the progress. I could not believe it. I looked perfectly straight to me. Dr Fano could still see a very slight amount of the scoliosis but it looked great!
